Shipping
and Tracking.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery for high value orders.

We dispatch all orders received before 16:00 on the day the order is received or 12:00 on a Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed and in-line with Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we need to wait for 21 days to declare an item missing and make a refund.

Tracking.

To Track your order please use your email address to log in. Even if you do did not use an accoun to place your order you will still be able to find your order and tracking details.

We are extremely confident in the quality and efficacy of our products. If you have any issues which you believe relate to quality we will refund in full less postage. We may request a return to investigate and we will cover postage for this.

The money back guarantee is only offered once per item per customer. It only covers a single item however other item items can be returned if unused.

Refunds
and Returns.

Due to the nature of our products, returned items cannot be resold and are responsibly disposed of.

For this reason, OP Labs operates a limited refunds and returns policy. Refunds or returns may not be approved in the following circumstances:

  • More than 7 days have passed since the order was delivered.

  • The product has been opened, used, or altered after delivery.

  • The product has not been returned, where a return has been requested.

  • An order is reported as lost in transit and fewer than 21 days have passed since the dispatch date.

  • An order is reported as damaged on arrival without clear photographic evidence provided within a reasonable timeframe.

  • An order is reported as lost or damaged in transit and a completed Denial of Receipt form has not been received

All refund and return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
